Who We Are
For the better part of a decade, Mike’s Fit Family has been able to make a profound impact on our youngest learners through serving teachers and staff to achieve high levels of overall health and wholeness. Not to mention the overall impact in the improvement of the quality of lives, getting off medications , stress relief, higher productivity, improved teamwork and morale, and a shift in overall culture.
Over the past 10 years we have served over 600 teachers and staff members and have lost over 900% body fat collectively. With our program and the teachers we serve, we have impacted nearly 5000 children within the San Diego area.
